- He is currently the President of IIA Vietnam and Board Member of CGS JSC. He is also member of Judge Panel for VLCA on Sustainabilty/ESG reporting (2021-2022).
- Hung has more than 27 years of professional experience in advisory and auditing at Big 4 companies in South-East Asia, Australia and the US. He was Lead Consultant of numbers of World Bank-funded projects such as technical preparation for issuance of a Decree on Internal Audit by the Ministry of Finance (Decree 05), internal audit capacity building for the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Construction and the State Bank of Vietnam as well as develop guideline and principle for financial supervision for state enterprises (Decree 61).
- He had involved in many transformation and advisory projects relating to enhacement of corporate governance, risk management, internal audit and sustainability/ESG following the leading practice and/or regulations.
- Hung has an MBA degree in international finance from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He used to be a fellow member of ACCA (FCCA), VACPA and currently is a fellow member of CPA Australia (FCPA). He is also qualified as Certified Family Business Advisor (CFBA) under Family Firms Institution (FFI)’s professional programs.

- Dang The Duc is the Vice President and Secretary General of VNIDA
- Dang The Duc is the founder and managing partner of Indochine Counsel. He leads the firm’s Banking & Finance, Capital Markets practice group and co-heads the Projects & Infrastructure practice group. With over 25 years of experience in business law practice in Vietnam, Duc specializes in advising foreign clients on international and cross-border transactions, including inward investment, corporate and commercial transactions, private equity, M&A, securities and capital market transactions, corporate restructurings, and project financing. He has been involved in major transactions for leading financial institutions, investment funds, and multinational companies. Additionally, he has substantial experience in advisory and transactional work related to IPR, IT, and technology matters.
- Duc has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Vietnam by various international publications such as IFLR1000, Asian Legal Business (ALB), ALB Super 50 TMT Lawyers, Chambers Global, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Leaders in Law Global Awards, Asialaw Profiles, The In-House Community, The International Who’s Who Legal, The Expert Guide – The World’s Leading Lawyers, The A-List Vietnam’s Top 100 Lawyers (Asia Business Law Journal), Media Law International, and MIP IP Stars.
- He is an active speaker for conferences and seminars both in Vietnam and abroad for such legal business topics as M&A, private equity, corporate transactions, securities and capital markets.

Mr. Linh is currently Vice President and Vice General Secretary of VNIDA, He is also the Chairman of iContact and a member of the Board of Directors of POCD Consulting Corporation. He has over 17 years experience in management consulting, corporate training, communication & marketing, including 10 years at RSM Vietnam.
Mr. Linh currently is the Secretary General & CEO of CFO Vietnam Association and he also holds the position of International Cooperation Director of VACD (Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors).
NGUYEN THANH TUNG

- Mr. Tung is the Vice President of VNIDA
- Mr. Tung is currently the Northern Managing Director of CityLand Group. He has over 22 years of continuous experience in leadership positions of large corporations and organizations such as: EY, Vinhomes, ADB, Vietnam Challenge Fund, etc. In addition, he also participates as a national consultant for many projects on enterprise diagnosis, financial evaluation, investment and legal environment in Vietnam of the WB, ADB, DANIDA (Denmark), SDC (Switzerland), and the United Nations in Vietnam.
