Ms. Chu Kim Chi is a leading senior expert with over 25 years of experience in corporate governance and human resource management. She has held many key leadership positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer of OneMount Group; Senior Director of Strategic Human Resource Management and Compensation, Senior Advisor on Human Resource Governance at Techcombank; Human Resources Director of Fujitsu Vietnam; and Operations and Logistics Manager at Schmidt & Co. (HK) Ltd.
Currently, Ms. Chu Kim Chi serves as Deputy Director of the VNIDA Institute of Corporate Research and Governance – an institution that provides advanced governance models and successful best practices, contributing to capacity building and strengthening the professional standing of Independent Members of Boards of Directors in listed companies in Vietnam.
Ms. Chu Kim Chi is widely recognized as a pioneer with continuous innovation. She has successfully built foundations and implemented effective human resource management strategies, optimized modern and professional working processes, and developed competitive compensation and governance policies, thereby making significant contributions to the sustainable development of organizations.
