The Organizing Committee warmly congratulates the pioneering participants of IDTP 2 on completing the professional program and receiving their certificates at today’s gathering — a meaningful milestone in the journey to shape the profession of Independent Directors in Vietnam. 🌟

Following the success of IDTP 1 in Ho Chi Minh City and IDTP 2 in Hanoi from 22–24 May, the IDTP professional program has demonstrated its value and growing impact.

VNICG – VNIDA Institute of Corporate Governance Research will continue to roll out the next series, further expanding a community of independent, professional, and integrity-driven corporate governance practitioners.

The value of IDTP lies in providing participants with the opportunity to systematize corporate governance knowledge through a structured competency framework — covering corporate governance, law, finance, strategy, risk management, and ESG — while also serving as a forum for sharing practical governance experience across industries, enriched by heartfelt insights from pioneering practitioners.

IDTP also serves as the first level in the VNCID certification pathway.
