Mr. Dang The Duc was elected Secretary General of the Association of Independent Members of Boards of Directors of Vietnamese Enterprises (VNIDA) for Term I (2022–2027) on April 28, 2022.
Mr. Duc is a founding member and Managing Partner of Indochine Counsel Law Firm, with over 25 years of experience practicing business law advisory services in Vietnam.
Mr. Duc has been consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in Vietnam by reputable international legal publications, including IFLR1000, Asian Legal Business, Chambers Global, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Asialaw Profiles, The International Who’s Who Legal, The Expert Guide – The World’s Leading Lawyers, and A-List Vietnam’s Top 100 Lawyers 2020 & 2021 (Asia Business Law Journal).
Mr. Duc has also served and continues to serve as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of various companies and as a member of representative boards of investment funds in Vietnam.
