Mr. Le Phung Hao currently serves as Chairman of GLOBAL AAA CONSULTING, a corporate governance advisory firm specializing in corporate restructuring and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
In addition, Mr. Hao holds the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company, a publicly listed company on the Vietnamese stock market under ticker SBV. Siam Brothers Vietnam is currently a market leader in the manufacturing of ropes and nets for fishing, agriculture, aquaculture, and multi-purpose applications.
Mr. Hao previously spent 12 years working at Biti’s (Binh Tien Consumer Goods Company) (1991–2003), progressing from Human Resources Management roles to becoming a Member of the Members’ Council, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Domestic and Border Trade.
Furthermore, he spent 7 years working at the Kinh Do Group as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and 5 years at Hoa Sen Group, one of Vietnam’s leading steel corporations, serving as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors.
