Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung was additionally elected as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Independent Members of Boards of Directors of Vietnamese Enterprises (VNIDA) for Term I (2022–2027) on June 12, 2023.
Mr. Chi Trung currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Grant Thornton Vietnam. He has over 21 years of extensive experience in providing audit and advisory services, including statutory audits, financial statement conversion in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial review and due diligence, special fraud investigations, review and design of internal control systems, and accounting and management training across a wide range of sectors such as manufacturing, services, trading, information technology, real estate development, hospitality, banking, construction, and international donor-funded projects.
He is also currently an active member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA).
